   We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including images, descriptions, and prices. However, minor variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or handmade nature of certain products.

Cars or accessories shown in images are for display purposes only unless clearly mentioned in the product description.

1. Pricing & Payments
   All prices are listed in INR (₹).
   We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice.

We offer prepaid orders and selected Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment or manual confirmation in case of COD.

1. Shipping
   We deliver all over India.
   Estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days based on your location.

Shipping delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or holidays are not under our control, but we will always support you with tracking and updates.

1. Returns & Refunds
   Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.

No returns will be accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Wrong orders placed by customer
• Products that are delivered correctly and are not defective

If a customer insists on returning a non-defective product, a handling and reverse shipping charge will apply.

To request a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof of the issue.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

1. Cancellations
   Order cancellation is only possible before shipping. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Intellectual Property
   All content on this website including text, images, logos, and designs are the property of Things Of Art and may not be used or copied without written permission.

3. User Responsibilities
   You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, or any action that may harm the website, brand, or other users.

Any misuse may lead to cancellation of orders and restriction of access to the site.

1. Limitation of Liability
   Things Of Art will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
