Refund policy

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products, wrong product delivered

• Exchange is available 
• No return for change of mind, wrong order, or if the customer simply doesn’t want the product• If the product is delivered correctly and has no defect, return is not eligible
• If a non-defective product is still sent back, a ₹249 handling & reverse shipping charge will be applied
• For defective items, photo/video proof must be shared within 3 days of delivery
